ISO Cellcom, certified for its system of quality management


Owner of Evertek, the first Tunisian brand of mobile telephony, Cellcom has just announced the certification of its System of Quality Management according to the ISO 9001-2008 norm, covering:

  • The marketing and after-sale service of Evertek, Hitech and accessories mobile phone devices
  • The marketing and after-sale service of household appliances
  • The distribution of Telecom operators’ devices

It should be noted that ISO-9001-2008 certification has been currently deployed for all the sites

This first certification is the culmination of several months of work, during which all the cooperating parties mobilized around common objectives, namely the satisfaction of its clients’ expectations, the improvement of the quality of its services and the reinforcement of its image with the public… marking thus Cellcom’s and its teams’ commitment in a continuous improvement approach.

It is thus in the framework of this certification that Mohamed Ben Rhouma, Cellcom’s Chief Executive Officer declares: “We received confirmation today that our quality management dynamic has never been so strong and value-creating. Auditors have certified that our management system is up to standard. This is a result that we owe to the entire staff, as they are the ones that make the company grow.
